Australian Returns Instructions

For returns from Australia, please use our FREE service via ParcelPoint. Here are the instructions:

(1) Visit ParcelPoint and follow the online process to book in your return and print a shipping label

(2) Package your return appropriately

(3) Download and complete and include the Subtype Returns form (download returns form)

(4) Drop off your returns to any ParcelPoint or Australia Post Office

(5) Track your return

International Returns:

For international returns, email [email protected] with your invoice, order number and reason for the return and we’ll give you step-by-step instructions on how to return the product.

Terms and Conditions:

1.  No Refunds on Full Price or Sale Items

2. Customers have 21 days to exchange any Full Price item from date of purchase

3. Customers have 7 days to exchange any Sale item from date of purchase

4. No refund or exchange on worn/used items

5. Gift Vouchers/ExchangeCodes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase/issue

6. Gift Vouchers/Exchange codes cannot be refunded.

7. All product must be returned in a padded bag. We will not accept product that is returned unprotected and or damaged. Socks can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

8. Please note we cannot hold product offline whilst your return is being sent back.
