OUR POLICY

*Nov 25th-Dec 31st 2020: 60 day returns accepted

If you would like to return your online order, please ensure you meet our policy requirements:

·         IT’S BEEN 30 DAYS OR LESS SINCE DATE OF DISPATCH

·         ITEM IS UNWORN, UNMARKED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

·         ITEM IS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED

·         ITEM WAS NOT PURCHASED AT DISCOUNT

·         ITEM IS NOT A LIMITED RELEASE PRODUCT

 

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

1. Ensure you meet our returns policy requirements

2. Contact our Customer Experience team here to receive your returns authorisation number & return shipping address

  3. Package your return in another carton or satchel to protect the original packaging

4. Visit your Post Office to pay for the return at sender’s expense

5. Keep your tracking number as proof of return. Refunds are unable to be

processed unless received

6. Upon receipt, your return will be assessed and processed within 2-3 business days

7. If approved, your refund will reflect within 2-5 business days

- In-store Returns: For purchases made in-store, you have 30 days from the date on the receipt to either return or exchange your item. In-store purchases cannot be returned to the online store.

Online Returns: Items purchased online can be returned in-person to the store or via post at sender’s expense
